I am a painter and illustrator based in San Jose, California. I studied life sciences in high school and later pursued a B.A. in Painting at the University of Al-Zahra in Tehran. From 2001 to 2007, I gained experience working with various animation companies as a Concept, Background, and Layout Artist. Additionally, I contributed to several TV series and movies as a Matte Painter. In 2009, I decided to further my education and moved to Rome, Italy, to pursue an M.A. in painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. It was during this time that I developed a passion for illustration.
